We were given a standard model unit and without architectural upgrades, created an inviting living environment where potential buyers could envision living. Small furniture in neutral colors, light paint colors and mirrors are used to make the rooms feel large. Strong colors used sparingly as accents create interest but don’t overwhelm. The unit was given personality by adding theater tickets, books, shopping bags, rubber ducks, artwork and clothing in the closets. These elements conspired to combat the blandness of most model units.
