By learning about our clients and their businesses or institutions we can help discover and express their identity. We look for ways to distinguish our commercial client identity in crowded fields and to illicit desired responses in the people they serve.
We work collaboratively with our residential clients to create identity, solve problems, devise strategic ways to manage budgets and provide support through the stressful process of construction. Because we are architects as well as interior designers, we are able to follow the design through from architectural concept through to the final finishes and furnishings.
We are hired the first time for our creative design skills, but we believe we are hired for repeat projects for the way we handle the process. The traditional role of the architect is to orchestrate the project. By setting the initial conceptual design, overseeing the accuracy of the drawings, communication flow and construction observation, we are able to see that the quality of the design idea is not lost in the execution.
