Katy Flammia, AIA, LEED AP
Principal
Katy Flammia has worked in architecture and design for over 15 years. Her role in all projects is to create the design vision with the client and then work with collaborators and staff on thoughtful evelopment and execution of the design. She has a strong belief in the collaborative design process and is dedicated to establishing and maintaining the project vision from design concept to technical details. Katy studied architecture in Pennsylvania and began her career in Philadelphia. After attending graduate school in Montreal she worked in Boston designing high profile architectural interiors for many local businesses and institutions. In 1997 she established THEREdesign specializing in architecture and interiors for academic, corporate, hospitality and residential clients.

Susan Greco, IIDA, LEED AP
Senior Interior Designer
Susan Greco has over 25 years of experience designing interiors for academic, hospitality, corporate and residential clients. Some of her past clients include MIT, Northeastern and Bright Horizons, as well as numerous private corporations and hospitality operators. Through the use of color, fabric, and furnishings she has a unique ability to infuse each project with a vitality and energy that sets her projects and consequently her clients' apart. She is a skilled team player and enjoys the challenge of a difficult space or task. Susan has an art degree from Rutgers University and is from the Philadelphia area.

Sashya Thind Fernandes, LEED AP
Associate
Sashya has experience in the design, development, management and production of projects in the hospitality, retail, residential and corporate fields. She has worked in architecture, planning and development. She has professional experience both in England and India. Her architecture degree is from Mumbai, India. She has been with THEREdesign since 2007.

Jacie Strader, LEED AP
Designer
Jacie earned a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a Minor in Fine Arts from Louisiana State University. With her experience in commercial interiors, she plays a vital role throughout the design process from conceptual development to production of documents as well as furniture and finish selections.

Elyse Ayoung
Designer
Elyse earned a Bachelor's degree of Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art + Design with a concentration in Architecture. She is a talented designer and artist with drawing skills and experience in project management that makes her a valuable resource to our studio.

Brandon Graska
Designer
Brandon graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and a Minor in Industrial Design. He is a dynamic designer with a background in architectural, interiors, and planning projects. He brings advanced technical skills, fresh perspective, and millwork experience to our team. Brandon is currently working on his architectural thesis at the Boston Architectural College to earn a Master's degree in Architecture.
